Host an Event
University Cottage Club is available for clubhouse rentals by members in good standing and member-sponsored events when active members are not using the facility. Non-member functions require a member sponsor.
The Clubhouse lends itself to various types of events: weddings, receptions, dinners, cocktail parties and meetings. As well as being a historic site, the layout provides an easy flow from room to room, and from the interior to the exterior. It truly is the perfect spot for a special party.
Clubhouse Rental Fees
Club Members Rentals
Up to 150 guests: $1,500
Over 150 guests: $1,750
Overtime charge: $1500/hour
Member-Sponsored Rentals
Up to 150 guests: $1,750
Over 150 guests: $2,500
Staffing Charge - $350
A deposit of $500 is required upon signing an agreement reserving the facility, with remaining balance due in full 1 week prior to the day of the event.
All clubhouse rentals are required to use a Club designated caterer. You can use another service for the rental of linens, glassware and china.
